Roles & Responsibilities:-
HR Executive will be responsible for the recruitment, Induction of New Join, Training & Development, Performance Measurement, Employee engagement, Compensation management and HR General activities. He/ She has to maintain daily attendance report, Helping management in strategic human resource management. Candidate have to maintain all employee lifecycle.
Educational Qualification: -MBA in HR or Similar
Required Skills:-
Very good communication skills, he or she must be possess charismatic leadership skill, interpersonal skills, Ethical decision making skill, Management skill, strategic human resource management skill, good amount of knowledge about HR functions and HRIS
Work Experience:- Minimum 1 years of experience required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
