ReownLogics is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage daily HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle people and policies professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, and coordination
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and record management
  • Maintain attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Address employee queries, concerns, and disciplinary matters professionally
  • Support performance reviews, confirmations, and contract renewals
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, notices, and official documentation
  • Assist management in implementing HR policies and improving workplace culture

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (IT industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office / HR systems
  • Organized, responsible, and people-oriented mindset
