About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong workforce while ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Primary Focus)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and align recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, reference verification, and ensure smooth joining formalities.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files.
  • Manage onboarding & induction programs for new hires.
  • Support in performance management process, goal-setting, and appraisal cycles.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and provide HR support to teams.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and cultural activities.
  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRMS/ATS systems, and HR analytics.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist profile.
  • Experience in healthcare / service industry preferred (but not mandatory).
