Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage HR operations, staff coordination, and employee performance management. The ideal candidate should have experience in assigning staff duties, monitoring daily activities, and conducting employee performance evaluations, along with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assign job roles and responsibilities to staff in coordination with department heads
- Monitor daily staff activities, attendance, and work discipline
- Track employee performance and productivity
- Conduct periodic employee performance evaluations and prepare appraisal reports
- Coordinate with management on staff improvement plans and training needs
- Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Manage visa processing, renewals, and PRO coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies
- Address employee concerns and support employee relations
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and performance summaries for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, and visa procedures
- Experience in staff coordination, job assignment, and performance monitoring
- Ability to evaluate employee performance and prepare appraisal reports
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential matters professionally
