PFC Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage site-level HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR activities within the construction industry and be comfortable working at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle site-level recruitment and onboarding of manpower
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and labor compliance
  • Manage employee relations and resolve site-level HR issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate with HO HR team for reporting and audits
  • Support site management in HR and administrative matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an HR Executive
  • Construction field experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and site HR practices
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to work at construction sites

Qualification:

  • Graduate or MBA/PG in Human Resources or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years (Construction industry preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
