PFC Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage site-level HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR activities within the construction industry and be comfortable working at project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle site-level recruitment and onboarding of manpower
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs and labor compliance
- Manage employee relations and resolve site-level HR issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate with HO HR team for reporting and audits
- Support site management in HR and administrative matters
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an HR Executive
- Construction field experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and site HR practices
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work at construction sites
Qualification:
- Graduate or MBA/PG in Human Resources or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years (Construction industry preferred)
