Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Sourcing, screening, hiring specialized tradespeople (often union), managing project-based workforce needs, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, managing certifications, implementing safety training, and handling compliance related to government projects/unions.
  • Employee Relations: Conflict resolution, grievance handling, maintaining morale, promoting a positive work environment, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits (health, retirement), and compensation packages to stay competitive.
  • Training & Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating skill development, and ensuring licenses are current for specific equipment/projects.
  • Policy & Administration: Developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies, managing employee records, and handling attendance/leave.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, especially in construction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a critical, fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Organizational skills, time management, and discretion with sensitive data

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
