Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews)
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
  • Maintain recruitment and hiring records

HR Operations & Employee Records

  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
  • Track attendance, leave, and employee documentation
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data for HR and payroll purposes

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain attendance, overtime, incentives, and deduction records
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursement
  • Handle statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax
  • Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and salary statements
  • Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
  • Support performance appraisal and feedback processes
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain statutory records and filings
  • Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
