Role Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflict and disputes between employees to foster a positive work environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
- Monitor and improve employee attendance and punctuality.
- Manage disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, including turnover, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of promotions, transfers, and terminations.
