Role Accountabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflict and disputes between employees to foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
  • Monitor and improve employee attendance and punctuality.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, including turnover, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
