Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee files
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Support performance appraisal and probation confirmation processes
  • Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities
  • Manage visa processing, renewals, and cancellations (if applicable)
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage final settlements

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as an HR Executive (UAE experience preferred)
  • Real Estate Experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
