Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee files
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Support performance appraisal and probation confirmation processes
- Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities
- Manage visa processing, renewals, and cancellations (if applicable)
- Conduct exit interviews and manage final settlements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as an HR Executive (UAE experience preferred)
- Real Estate Experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
