Job Title: HR ExecutiveExp – 4+ YearsLocation-Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The role will primarily focus on talent acquisition (70%), ensuring we attract and retain the right talent to drive business growth. The remaining 30% will involve HR operations, supporting smooth execution of HR processes and employee engagement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all functions and levels — from sourcing to onboarding.
· Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions.
· Source candidates through various channels — job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus recruitment.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
· Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
· Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions and future hiring needs.
· Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and share periodic reports with management
· Support HR processes including onboarding, employee documentation, HRIS data management, and exit formalities.
· Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related records.
· Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
· Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the finance team.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory HR requirements.
· Support HR audits and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
