HR Executive

Job Summary

The HR Executive will manage core HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment and campus hiring. The role includes coordinating with college placement cells to support fresher recruitment and talent pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with college placement officers and institutions for campus recruitment activities
• Plan and execute campus hiring drives, job fairs, and placement programs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
• Maintain database of colleges, candidates, and placement contacts
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance requirements
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS
