HR Executive – Operations

Location:
Experience: 0–1 year

Role Summary

You’ll be responsible for running day-to-day HR operations with accuracy and discipline. This is an execution-heavy role. If you need constant follow-ups or hand-holding, this won’t work. You’re expected to handle processes end-to-end, spot gaps, and fix them without excuses.

Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Documentation

  • Manage joining formalities, offer letters, background verification, and employee files
  • Ensure 100% compliance in document collection and storage
  • Create and maintain employee records in HRIS without data errors

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

  • Track attendance, leaves, shift updates, and monthly reconciliations
  • Coordinate payroll inputs (new joiners, exits, LOP, reimbursements)
  • Identify discrepancies instead of passing mistakes to payroll

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

  • Handle confirmations, role changes, letters, and database updates
  • Support HR audits, policy implementation, and MIS reporting
  • Manage exit formalities, F&F coordination, and clearance tracking

Compliance & Vendor Coordination

  • Maintain statutory records and ensure timely submissions
  • Coordinate with insurance, IT, admin, and external HR partners
  • Raise issues early instead of cleaning up last-minute mess

Engagement & HR Support

  • Assist in engagement activities, communication, and grievance tracking
