We are seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and statutory compliance while supporting employee engagement and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Employee lifecycle management & HR documentation
  • HRMS, payroll coordination, attendance & leave
  • Statutory compliance and policy implementation
  • Employee engagement and performance support

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • 2–3 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
  • Good communication and MS Office skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
