Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding :-

  • Handle manpower planning and recruitment for plant and office roles.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate joining formalities, and induction programs.

2. Statutory Compliance & HR Operations :-

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

3. Payroll & Administration :-

  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
  • Handle full & final settlements, deductions, and statutory filings.

Qualifications & Experience :-

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR (preferably in manufacturing/plant setup).
