HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, solid HR knowledge, and experience working in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, offers, joining formalities)
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain employee records
  • Prepare HR letters (employment certificate, NOC, salary certificate, warning letters, etc.)
  • Support payroll processes (attendance, leave, deductions coordination with accounts/payroll team)
  • Maintain HR files, contracts, and employee documentation
  • Handle leave management and employee queries professionally
  • Support disciplinary procedures as per company policy
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal HR policies
  • Coordinate with PRO team for visa, medical, Emirates ID, MOL/WPS-related processes
  • Assist in maintaining HR reports and trackers (headcount, hiring, attrition, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business Administration preferred)
  • 2 to 5 years HR experience in UAE
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
