Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment for construction projects by sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified technical, skilled, and support staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction roles (Engineers, Supervisors, Site Staff, Skilled & Unskilled Labor).
  • Coordinate manpower requirements with Project Managers and Site Heads.
  • Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and site hiring.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
  • Verify candidate credentials, trade certificates, and employment history.
  • Manage offer letters, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower reports, and hiring MIS.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, recruitment policies, and ethical hiring standards.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and negotiate hiring costs where applicable.
  • Support mobilization and demobilization of manpower across projects.
  • Coordinating with the Manpower companies and travel to India/Nepal for the recruitment

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of construction manpower and project-based hiring
  • Understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Human Resources, Business Administration
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or Recruitment firm
  • Experience in bulk hiring and site-based recruitment is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
