KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Recruitment Process; from job postings and screening to offer rollout and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries; support engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues
- Coordinate performance appraisals, training schedules, and learning & development activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR executive role
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, ATS tools, and MS Office Suite
- Exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, employee-first approach
LOCATION: Clifton [Block 9] Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
