KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Recruitment Process; from job postings and screening to offer rollout and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries; support engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues
  • Coordinate performance appraisals, training schedules, and learning & development activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR executive role
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, ATS tools, and MS Office Suite
  • Exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, employee-first approach

LOCATION: Clifton [Block 9] Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
