The HR Assistant supports the effective day-to-day operation of the school’s Human Resources function, ensuring that all HR processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in line with school policies and Qatar Labour Law.
The role includes supporting recruitment, maintaining staff records, monitoring attendance, and acting as a first point of contact for staff queries. As part of a small school team, the HR Assistant will also provide general administrative support as required.
The HR Assistant reports directly to the Office Manager, with additional oversight and support from the Principal.
