HR EXCECUTIVE

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Qatar

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be currently available in Qatar and have a solid understanding of core HR functions.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in HR or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, documentation, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee relations and HR support activities
• Assist in payroll coordination and HR reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws etc.

Preferred:

• Candidates available locally in Qatar and ready to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
