The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, employee data management, attendance, performance tracking, and basic HR compliance.
The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Post jobs on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and FB groups
- Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial screening calls
- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up proactively
- Assist department heads in final hiring decisions
Onboarding & Documentation
- Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and HR forms
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Maintain up-to-date employee files, contracts, and documentation
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leaves, and punctuality records
- Maintain HR databases and employee records
- Assist in preparing payroll data (attendance, overtime, deductions)
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
Employee Engagement
- Maintain a positive and healthy work culture
- Handle employee queries and concerns
- Assist in planning trainings, meetings, and team activities
HR Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure policies are followed
- Assist in creating or updating HR policies
- Create weekly and monthly HR reports
- Support HR audits if needed
