We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on HR Officer to lead and manage the daily HR operations of our restaurant group. This role will serve as the main operational HR lead across all brands and locations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, employee administration, recruitment, payroll coordination, visa processing, compliance, and employee relations.

This role is ideal for a strong HR generalist with solid operational experience who is looking to grow into an HR Manager position in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of daily HR operations across multiple restaurant brands and locations
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment coordination, onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, resignations, and offboarding
  • Handle end-to-end visa processes including applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes, Emirates ID processing, medical appointments, and coordination with relevant government authorities
  • Oversee employee medical insurance administration including enrollments, renewals, additions, deletions, and related coordination
  • Prepare and manage monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave balances, deductions, commissions, final settlements, and payroll coordination with finance
  • Ensure employee records, contracts, HR systems, and labor files are accurate, updated, and compliant with UAE labor regulations
  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees regarding HR operations, policies, workplace concerns, and employee relations matters
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in a professional and confidential manner
  • Coordinate performance review cycles, probation evaluations, contract renewals, and employee documentation
  • Supervise and delegate administrative and clerical tasks to the Junior HR Admin staff
  • Prepare HR reports, as requested
  • Ensure HR policies and operational procedures are implemented consistently across all departments and locations
  • Support training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and HR process improvements
  • Assist in building scalable HR systems and operational structures that support the future growth of the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, or multi-location operations
  • Strong HR generalist background with the ability to independently manage operational HR functions
  • Hands-on experience in UAE visa processing, payroll coordination, employee relations, and labor law compliance
  • Good understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
