HR Executive

Work Mode: Onsite & Remote (Hybrid Options Available)
Location: Karachi
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift, US Time Zone Aligned)

Job Overview

We are hiring an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for international positions while working in alignment with US time zones. This position offers both onsite and remote flexibility depending on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US hiring teams
• Maintain ATS and candidate tracking systems
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with applicants
• Prepare and post job ads according to US market requirements
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
• Work collaboratively with internal HR and recruitment teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (US hiring experience preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS tools
• Ability to work night shift (8 PM – 4 AM)
• Understanding of US recruitment processes is a plus
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and time management skills
