We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR administrative functions while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
- Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Support performance management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of HR experience (preferably in the UAE)
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
