HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the overall Human Resources function for an Interior & Fit-Out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, payroll coordination, visa documentation, and compliance with UAE labour laws. Experience in the construction, interior fit-out, or contracting industry is preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and administrative positions including Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Carpenters, Painters, Masons, Quantity Surveyors, Project Coordinators, and office staff.
  • Coordinate job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate shortlisting.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals to source suitable candidates.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
  • Ensure proper filing of employee documents, visas, passports, labour cards, and insurance records.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across office and site teams.

Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Coordinate attendance and timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Assist in salary preparation, overtime calculations, leave settlements, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement.

Visa & PRO Coordination

  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, labour approvals, Emirates ID, medicals, and renewals.
  • Monitor visa expiry, labour cards, insurance, and employee documentation compliance.

Compliance & UAE Labour Law

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company HR policies, and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Support HR audits and compliance reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Contracting, or Joinery industry in UAE.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce recruitment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with manpower planning for project/site requirements.
  • Knowledge of WPS payroll system and attendance management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong coordination skills with site teams, management, and external agencies.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
