Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment activities when required.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensure smooth employee integration into the organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in salary benchmarking and market compensation analysis.
- Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus processes.
- Ensure payroll inputs related to compensation changes are accurate and timely.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, renewals, and employee queries.
- Coordinate with benefits providers and insurance companies.
- Handles inquiries from all staff members.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Assist/participate in HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Maintain compensation and benefits records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and compensation regulations.
- Support line manager on HR projects and Initiatives.
- Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by the line manager.
Talent Management
- Maintains compliance with labour laws and regulations and ensures employee documents are in place.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes, Coordinate talent review and succession planning activities.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs.
- Monitor employee development plans and career progression programs.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Track and analyze talent management metrics and reports.
- Assist managers in addressing performance and development matters.
- Participate in workforce planning and talent development projects.
