Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for driver, operations, and other positions.
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns and job advertisements.
  • Conduct background and document verification.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage employee files, contracts, visas, Emirates IDs, and labor documents.
  • Monitor probation periods and contract renewals.
  • Prepare HR reports and employee statistics.

Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
  • Coordinate payroll data with the finance department.
  • Verify salary calculations, deductions, and allowances.
  • Maintain leave balances and attendance records.

Compliance & Legal Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Monitor expiry dates of visas, driving licenses, Emirates IDs, and permits.
  • Support internal audits and compliance requirements.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Arrange driver safety, customer service, and compliance training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and certifications.

Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
  • Track employee performance review schedules.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and development plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in transportation, limousine, logistics, or service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR practices.
  • Experience handling visa and labor-related processes in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing large numbers of drivers and operational staff.
  • Knowledge of RTA regulations related to transportation businesses.
  • Payroll and attendance management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi or Urdu; Arabic is an advantage.
