Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong people skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave, and performance tracking.
• Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of employee data.
• Implement and update HR policies in line with company standards.
• Support performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
• Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or Generalist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HR software, job portals, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
