Position Title: HR Executive – Accounts & Administration

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable professional who can seamlessly handle HR operations, basic accounting functions, and overall office administration. This is a multi-functional role suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment and can independently manage day-to-day office responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

This position plays a vital role in keeping internal operations smooth, compliant, and well-coordinated.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Cash Handling

  • Manage petty cash and daily expense records
  • Prepare basic accounting entries and maintain financial documentation
  • Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when required
  • Maintain organized financial files and records

Human Resources

  • Handle employee documentation and personnel files
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding formalities
  • Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and staff documentation
  • Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance and HR data
  • Ensure HR records are updated and compliant with company procedures

Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations and supplies
  • Maintain filing systems and company records
  • Coordinate internal communications and documentation
  • Support management with administrative reports and documentation
  • Ensure professional office environment and process discipline

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in HR, office administration, and basic accounting
  • Comfortable handling cash records and documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Prior UAE office experience is an advantage
