Responsible for the hiring process including preparing job advertisements, checking applications, shortlisting, and facilitating the interviewing and selecting process.

Conducting Job analysis of position requested on HRMS. Detailed Job Description and Job specification along with key performance indicators.

Playing an active role in the Employee / Department workload calculations.

Updating of Job Descriptions of multiple departments from time to time.

Designing coordination of Job Ads with the creative department by providing them clear needs and writing matters.

Placement of Job Ads on Social Media, Rozee, and other Job Portals.

Circulation of Job Ads on WhatsApp and other mediums for maximum reach.

Making and updating CVs database on both soft and hard form

CV reviewing and shortlisting.

Screening candidates through Telephonic interviews

Scheduling Face to Face interviews.

Scheduling panel interviews as per the HR Policy.

Generating Interview schedule emails to all stakeholders

Performing reference checks, Background Checks, and assurances checks related to newly hired employees.

Supporting the HR Manager in the proper implementation of the HR Manual.

Giving suggestions and recommendations for improvement of policies, procedures, practices, working environment, and other employment matters.

Keeping aware of best practices in HR management and procedure especially in recruitments.

Participation & assistance in planning, organizing, and leading extracurricular activities and events for ACE Employees.

Maintain knowledge of compliance with employment-related laws in countries where ACE is providing employment opportunities.

Responsible for issuing or blocking official credentials at the time of employee joining or leaving by generating a documented request to the IT department.

Request of official assets for an employee to IT and Admin department including but not limited to computer resources, Mobile (If required) as per Job, workstations, etc.

Communicate effectively to all levels of staff and management, as required and assigned by the HR Manager.

Making CVs reports, Recruitment reports, and other related data analysis to be submitted to the HR Manager from Time to Time.

Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the HR Manager/Head
Qualification:-
A Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
