HR Executive /Admission Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive / Admission Counsellor to join our Company . The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, achieving admission targets, and supporting basic HR activities.

They must have strong knowledge of IT training programs such as:

• Web Development
• Digital Marketing
• Web Designing
• Python Programming
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML)
• Data Science
• Full Stack MERN Development
• Cyber Security

Key Responsibilities Admission Counselling

• Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
• Counsel students and parents about various IT courses and career opportunities.
• Understand candidates’ background and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
• Convert leads into admissions to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Complete admission formalities, documentation, and fee collection.

HR & Admin Tasks

• Maintain attendance and student data records.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and joining formalities for new trainers/staff.
• Support in scheduling classes, workshops, and placement drives.
• Assist management in planning and executing promotional events or seminars.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any field (MBA in HR/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling/admissions (preferably in an IT training institute).
• Excellent communication, convincing, and presentation skills.
• Must be target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of current IT industry trends and technical courses.
