Key Responsibilities:HR Functions:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and assist in employee retention strategies.

Administrative Functions:

  • Supervise office administration, including facilities management, security, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and welfare programs.
  • Monitor compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
  • Manage office supplies, travel arrangements, and logistics support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
