Designation: Executive/Assistant

Department: HR

Qualification: B.com, M.com, MBA

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: Up to 25k (depending on experience & skills)

Responsibilities

  • Attendance Management - Manage attendance on a daily basis manually and maintain proper leave records.
  • Payroll Specialist - Responsible for all aspects of payroll, including managing employee deductions as well as processing payroll by the organization’s payroll schedule and salary administration policies.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and other relevant databases. Generate HR reports and analyze data for HR metrics.
  • Salary Administration: Handle operations of salary administration, which includes processing payroll, calculating salaries, and addressing any salary-related issues or inquiries from employees. They work closely with finance departments and payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Compliance with labor regulations - Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and recommend policy updates as needed.
  • ESIC/PF - Expert knowledge of ESIC and PF Registration, deductions from salary as per the act.
  • Handle on-site HR Compliance.
  • Prepare all Site Compliance Registers (Muster roll, Wages Register, Workman register, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Registration under Labour license and BOCW act as per Compliance requirements.
  • Handle all Legal casework such as labor court and Civil Court work, etc.
  • Knowledge of Income tax deduction.
  • General HR Operations.
  • Recruitment - Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
