Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai Industrial City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting all areas of recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
• Support performance evaluation processes and training coordination.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
• Manage employee queries, grievances, and HR correspondence.
• Coordinate with PRO for visa renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
