Job Overview

The HR Executive will primarily support the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team in executing all C&B operations and providing partial support to the Performance Team, especially in facilitating grievance sessions. The role ensures accurate and timely C&B processes, enrollment in company benefits, and maintains employee data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll, allowances, reimbursements, and statutory benefits accurately. Maintain and update employee compensation records in HRMS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Administer enrollment of permanent employees in Provident Fund (PF), medical insurance cards, and other company-provided benefits. Handle employee C&B queries and escalate complex issues to the C&B Specialist. Facilitate grievance sessions, document proceedings, and follow up on action items. Assist in generating performance-related reports and tracking employee metrics. Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation, benefits, and performance. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management related to C&B and Performance Team.

Key Performance Indicators :

(KPIs) Ensure that payroll, allowances, and benefits are processed accurately and on time. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all employee compensation and benefits in HRMS. Facilitate employee enrollment in Provident Fund, medical insurance, and other company benefits without delays or errors. Respond to employee C&B queries effectively and provide timely resolution. Conduct grievance sessions professionally, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up on action items. Generate clear and accurate performance and HR reports as required by management. Ensure all HR records are confidential, complete, and compliant with company policies. Complete tasks assigned by management efficiently, maintaining quality, adhering to timelines, and ensuring the highest level of confidentiality

Requirements :

Experience: 1–2 years in HR operations, with strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits; prior BPO HR experience is a plus.

Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree or higher.

Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). o Understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration (PF, medical insurance), and statutory compliance. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
