Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a HR Executive Compensation & Benefits with experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Employee Lifecycle Management within FMCG or Manufacturing industries.

The role will support HR operations including payroll processing, employee benefits administration, HRMS management, compensation benchmarking, and employee records management, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile Education
  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce / Accounting / HR
  • MBA in HR / Finance (Preferred)
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations
  • Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry preferred
  • Experience with HRMS / Payroll systems
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Familiarity with HRIS / SAP / Payroll systems
  • Understanding of UAE Labour Laws

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Self-motivated with proactive work approach
