We're looking for an HR Executive Cum Customer Support Executive to join our food processing company. This is a unique dual-role position where you'll be responsible for both human resources functions and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and help resolve workplace conflicts.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide support for employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Customer Support
- Customer Communication:
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our food products, their preparation, and our company policies.
- Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders, product quality, or delivery.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department (e.g., quality control, logistics) and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Customer Feedback Analysis:
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products and services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
