Recruitment Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments

· Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels

· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

· Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

· Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

· Manage offer letters, follow-ups, and joining formalities

· Support onboarding and documentation of new hires

HR Operations

· Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation

· Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and SOPs

· Address employee grievances and HR-related queries

· Handle employee onboarding, exits.

Office Coordination & Administration

· Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning

· Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management

· Maintain office records, files, and employee documentation

· Manage office supplies and inventory
