HR Executive cum Recruiter – Job Role (Pest Control Company)1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Understand manpower requirements for all pest control operations, technicians, business development, support teams, and office staff.
- Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social media.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for timely interview feedback.
- Ensure closure of backlog positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for field technicians and sales staff.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Collect and verify mandatory joining documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, experience letters, certificates, photographs, etc.).
- Create employee files and update them in HRMS/CRM.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards.
- Conduct employee orientation and explain company policies.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
- Monitor attendance, leave applications, and overtime of field staff and technicians.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, salary changes, recoveries, deductions).
- Assist in statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, gratuity and labour laws.
4. Employee Relations & Performance
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and support issues professionally.
- Track employee performance, probation reviews, and confirmation process.
- Maintain discipline and ensure timely communication of HR policies.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage separation formalities.
5. HR Operations & Administrative Support
- Maintain employee database and HR records accurately.
- Prepare HR reports (recruitment status, attrition, joiners, leavers, etc.).
- Coordinate with operations, sales, finance, and management teams.
- Assist in training, safety guidelines, and technician skill development programs.
6. Additional Responsibilities (As per Pest Control Industry Needs)
- Recruitment focus on field technicians, supervisors, and sales staff.
- Ensure all technicians follow uniform, grooming, and ID card policies.
- Maintain field staff deployment data for AMC services.
- Support in compliance audits, service partner hiring, and contract labour requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21,081.48 - ₹26,298.99 per month
