HR Executive - Dharmapuri Location

Interview

F Obtain manpower requisition form for all recruitments.

F Call candidates and enter the remarks in the prescribed format in computer.

F Send call letters to suitable candidates

F Coordinate and arrange for interview

F Send the CVs of interview candidates along with interview guide to the interview panel

F Conduct interview and capture all information in the interview assessment sheet

F Issue offer letter for the shortlisted candidates with probable cutoff date for joining.

F Generate and send regret letter/emails to rejected candidates

F Submit appropriate reports to the Functional Head on the number of resumes collected per position, shortlisted and finalized per position.

Resume database

F File resumes of walk-ins in appropriate folders with the department names.

F File resumes with assessment sheets of rejected candidates separately.

F Create separate folders in computer for all soft copies of resumes under appropriate headings.

F Create separate folders for all joining documents received through mail.

F Maintain application data bank and ensure data bank has sufficient CVs for all positions.

Joining & Appointment Letter

F Generate and send appointment order on the date of joining

.

F Issue and collect duly filled joining report, PF nomination, Gratuity nomination, ESI declaration, Group Mediclaim form, Personal data form from the employee.

F Ensure the employee code is generated and handed over to the employee as soon as he joins.

F Ensure all the details of all the employees are entered in the HR Soft as soon as he / she joins the Organisation.

F Register the employee’s finger impressions in biometric system for attendance.

F Send note to administration incharge on requirement for visiting cards, stationeries, etc. eligible for new employee

F Co-ordinate with the employees in opening Bank account for salary credits.

Induction

F Introduce new recruit to all at the units.

F Introduce/provide the list of new joiners to Academy for orientation

Uniforms & ID Cards

F Ensure every employee is given uniforms as per the prescribed norms.

F Ensure every employee is given ID Cards within one week of joining.

F Issuing of tea tokens to employees from 1st to 5th of every month.

Timeoffice

F Ensure all HODs assign duties to their subordinates on a daily basis.

F Ensure all HODs approve leaves and permissions to their subordinates on a daily basis.

F Identify habitual latecomers & early goers and take appropriate action as per the policy.

F Identify long absentees and take appropriate action as per the policy.

F Attend queries of employees which are related to Time office.

Payroll & Payslips

F Ensure all attendance is downloaded in HR Soft on 25th of every month.

F Check for discrepancies in attendance, salary and allowances while running the payroll and rectify the same.

F Send salary statement to Accounts at least 24 hours before the salary date.

F Issue pay slips to all employees within one week from the salary date.

Personal Files

F Ensure every employee on the rolls of the company has got a personal file.

F Ensure all the documentation is in place as per the check list.

F Every file needs to be coded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,663.12 per month
