About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and empathetic Employee Engagement Executive to help build a workplace where people feel connected, inspired, and valued. In this role, you will design and drive initiatives that strengthen employee morale, enhance communication, and nurture a culture of belonging. You’ll work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure every employee’s experience reflects our values and mission.

What You’ll Own Engagement Strategy & Culture Building

  • Design and implement engagement programs that align with the company’s values and business goals
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace environment

Events & Experience Management

  • Plan and execute internal events, celebrations, wellness activities, and team-building exercises
  • Support HR in delivering a warm, engaging onboarding experience for new hires

Feedback & Insights

  • Conduct employee satisfaction and pulse surveys; analyze feedback and present actionable insights
  • Track and report engagement metrics to guide leadership in strategic decision-making

Communication & Recognition

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure transparent and inspiring communication across all levels
  • Manage employee recognition platforms and initiatives to celebrate achievements and milestones

Employer Branding & Content Creation

  • Create engaging internal and external campaigns showcasing our culture, people, and values
  • Drive the employer brand strategy across social media, digital platforms, and events to attract top talent

What We’re Looking For Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or internal communications

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinker with excellent organizational and execution abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
  • Passion for people, culture, and creating meaningful workplace experiences

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
