Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee life cycle for blue-collar employees from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and mobilization.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, visa processing coordination, and induction activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance information.
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and employee welfare activities.
- Support payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave records, and employee data verification.
- Handle employee grievances and provide timely HR support to site employees.
- Manage leave administration, disciplinary actions, warning letters, and exit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Coordinate with operations, PRO, payroll, and administration teams for smooth HR processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation for audits and management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–5 years of UAE HR experience handling blue-collar workforce.
- Strong knowledge of employee life cycle management and UAE labor regulations.
- Experience handling large workforce operations is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
