About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team in Noida (Sector 63). This is a permanent, entry-level role designed for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a long-term career in HR.

Although the selected candidate will undergo a structured 3-month learning and familiarization phase, this is not an internship. It is a full-time permanent opportunity offering hands-on exposure, mentorship, and strong career growth in Human Resources.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, committed, and ready to grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (screening, coordination, follow-ups)
• Support HR operations including employee records and documentation
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities
• Assist in HR compliance and internal processes
• Maintain HR databases and MIS reports
• Support daily HR administrative tasks
• Learn HR best practices under guidance and supervision

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers or candidates with maximum 6 months of HR-related experience
• Immediate joiners only
• Must be willing to work full-time from the office
• Candidates must be able to commute daily to Noida Sector 63
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

• This is a full-time onsite role, not suitable for remote or hybrid work
• Candidates currently graduating, pursuing final-year studies, or enrolled in Master’s programs should not apply
