* Assist in the recruitment process and scheduling interviews.
* Coordinate onboarding process for new hires.
* Maintain and update employee records.

*Oversee all administrative activities at the office, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Ensure HR policies and labour laws compliance.
* Assist in performance evaluations and feedback.
* Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
* Support development and implementation of SOPs.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Strong work ethic, organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving mindset
Experience:
* 2 to 4 years relevant experience in HR role.
* MBA in HR or MHRD / MSW / MLW may apply for this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,855.14 - ₹35,914.32 per month
