About the Role

Sky Gold & Diamond LTD is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive (Female Only) who will handle core HR operations with a key focus on Time Office Management, employee coordination, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should come from a jewellery or manufacturing background and possess strong interpersonal, administrative, and HR management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Time Office Operations including attendance, leave records, biometric system monitoring, and shift management.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR support.
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory compliance.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
• Implement HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and disciplinary procedures when required.
• Liaise with department heads to ensure smooth workforce management.
• Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information.

Key Requirements

• Female candidates only (as per organisational requirement).
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the jewellery industry or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Time Office Management and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems/software.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
• Ability to multitask and manage HR activities with accuracy and confidentiality.
