HR Executive- Female

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations to ensure a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
• Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Draft and enforce HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Qualification: MBA HR
• Minimum 01 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industrial relations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
