Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Executive – IT Talent Acquisition with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and client coordination. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Handling client requirements and regular coordination

Screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups

Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Managing HR operations and supporting all HR functions

Ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates

Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of experience in IT talent acquisition

Exposure to client management is mandatory

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good knowledge of all HR functions

Skills Required:

IT hiring & sourcing techniques

Client handling

Communication & negotiation

Time management & multitasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
