Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive Female to manage and support daily human resource operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee record management, onboarding, and HR coordination while ensuring company policies and procedures are properly implemented. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluations
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and official documentation
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (HR software knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS or recruitment platforms
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in employee engagement or training coordination
