We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job ads and screen resumes
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office
