HR Executive - Female Candidate( DMCC Portal)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in the DMCC portal to manage employee life cycle processes, company documentation, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE labor laws and DMCC free zone procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process all activities on the DMCC portal, including:
  • Employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Emirates ID processing
  • Entry permits and status changes
  • Coordinate with DMCC authorities for company-related services:
  • License renewals and amendments
  • Establishment card updates
  • Company document submissions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation compliance
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
  • Liaise with PROs, government entities, and internal departments
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in UAE, preferably within DMCC free zone
  • Strong working knowledge of the DMCC portal and visa processes
  • Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling multiple free zone/government portals
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
