Job Description: HR Operations
Executive Position: HR Operations Executive
Experience: 1–3 years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage core HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, documentation, and day-to-day operational support. The role ensures smooth HR functioning, accurate data management, compliance, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Track attendance, leaves, and shift details.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
  • Maintain monthly MIS reports for attendance and payroll.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
  • Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Support HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies.

Employee Support & Coordination

  • Address day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, etc.
  • Facilitate internal communication and circulate HR announcements.
  • Support employee engagement activities and events.

Administration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.
  • Manage vendor communication for HR-related services.
  • Handle office administration tasks when required.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of HR processes & HRMS
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting (MIS)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration
  • MBA in HR (preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Executive roles
